I had a terrible experience at this dealer dealership. I took my truck there because I was from out of town at the time and I broke down on the highway. I asked the representative. Did they have time to work on my vehicle because I was from out of town. He told me yes they can look at it the same day. They looked at it for one day and came up with a diagnostics the next day, and they told me that my my DEF was clogged up and I asked you sure that’s all what’s wrong with it. He said yes that’s all what’s wrong with it. He told me it would take two days for them to get the parts in to fix it. Then he told me a couple of days later when I called and I can come and pick your vehicle up. The technician is test driving it now he put me on hole and then came back to the phone and told me no it was a mistake that they did not receive the part yet. I called in and talked to a manager and the manager told me to come in my car. Will be ready when I get there and then they told me to come back the next day after I got there the next day they gave me my car had me pay $3200. I peak my car up the next day and I noticed the car still had issues they should have told me my car had issues from the beginning instead of having me pay that amount and they said it would be $8000 to fix the new issues they found why they did not tell me all this at one time

Cody in service was supposed to call me numerous times to fix an issue with my shifter. He has yet to call me back so I went elsewhere and got it fixed. It was an $800 repair and that was two weeks ago when he said he would call me the next day. Same thing originally and I left him at least 4 voicemails asking if the part was in. I finally just took the truck up there only to find out it wasn’t the right part when I came to pick the truck up. He said he reordered the correct part and it would be in the next day, that was two weeks ago and still no call from Cody. Anyways, I also was in the market for a used truck for my wife but once I saw how the service department was ran up there I bought a truck elsewhere as well. Not a good experience at all. (And I hate to even type this out but I keep getting these emails asking me how y’all did) Sincerely, Dave Henry

i brought my vehicle in for 2 new tires had an appointment was there for 3 1/2 hours and when i left all 4 tires had different air pressure in them. I was given a rather large quote of stuff that they said needed to be done which i was explained that it was a standard thing they do look for stuff that needs fixed but yet they couldn’t make sure my tire pressure was even for what i came in for. This dealership has gone way down in service we started using them in 2022 when we bought 2 new vehicles and sent 2 family members to that bought brand new vehicles as well and they even have quit using your dealership as well.

Oll change wait wasn't excessively long. Had air filter and cabin filter changed. Per request Larissa brought the old ones in for me to see. Service people let me know a few more things that needed to be done (and I agree and already suspected some of it and plan to get those done in the near future even though they are expensive. I love my 2015 Silverado 4x4 and hope to keep it running good. It has been a really good truck. Gas mileage on this truck is better than a lot of cars. I'm a hunter and in the woods a lot and it has been very dependable.

I have never had any problem with them. but July 1 I went to have oil changed and tires rotated . the guy forgot to put oil in my truck.. popped up need oil ,oil is low. call dealership back to tell them they didn't put oil in truck, he said to come back to the store I was almost home and told him I could not come back. he sent out the guy that changed my oil to my house to add oil to my truck. to say the least I was so upset ,how could you forget to add oil ? just hope there is no damage to the motor. I feel like I should have a refund on the oil change. what is wrong with people if they don't like there job maybe they need to change jobs.

I took my 3-year-old car in for an oil change and said I would like all my fluids topped off since I'm going on a road trip next week. I was then offered different packages ranging from $350 to $750 And politely declined and said I would just take the oil change and would just like my fluids topped off. My $80 oil change has always included a car wash and vacuuming of at least the 2 front seats which was not done and I wasn't even told when my vehicle was ready. I had a great experience buying a new truck in 2020 at Nick Mayer , now 2025 and in for service with a different vehicle and my experience was less than par . I had my vehicle in for a diagnosis on a bad transmission . My vehicle was in for a week , during that time I had zero communication from the service department . I called every day for 4 days and everytime I called no one had any information on what was wrong with my truck or if it was even looked at . Every time I called they would say idk , we will look into it and call you back . I never received one call back . After a week and numerous calls , I finally got fed up and asked to speak with the service manager who promised a call back . He indeed give me a call back and assured me I would have an answer by the end of the day , which I did . I was told the diagnostic would be $169 to start and if they had to go above that price that I would get a call to let me know . When I picked up the vehicle , I had been charged almost $400 and that was after the supposed waive of a shop fee . I informed them that the shop manager said it would be the original $169 and they did refund me the extra charges without much of a fuss . I’ve owned 10 gm vehicles throughout the last 17 years and this is the first truck I’ve had any issue with . This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and assured me that I would not want them to perform any work on my vehicle . It was very frustrating to be out of a vehicle for a week with no answers when my business relies on this truck . I am now questioning my loyalty to the brand and would consider other options when choosing my next vehicle .

I was pleased with my service. I love that they gave me a car wash too! I do wonder why though when tires are rotated they are not also filled up to bring them up to pressure….? This has happened twice now at two different Chevy dealerships. Just curious….?
